  If you keep your expectations to a minimum, this realtor will suffice. Certainly posted the listing and will advise of showings. Just don't expect a lot of attention to detail or sound advice.

  I'm a local Mortgage Associate who fled the Fort McMurray fires in 2016 and made Fort Saskatchewan my new home. When I realized that I wasn't going to be moving back I got in contact with Darcy to help me start finding a new place for me and my Family. We chose Darcy based on his online presence (I found a great video of him skydiving!). He helped us out, but in the end we weren't able to afford a new home due to extenuating circumstances. Even though I was not able to purchase a home, Darcy kept in communication with us and I really appreciated it. I really enjoyed looking at houses with Darcy because he pointed out things that I would have missed. I was so impressed with the way he handled us, that when it was time for my parents to purchase a house, I recommended Darcy. After meeting him and having a great first impression, my parents worked with Darcy and found the home they wanted on the second showing they had with him. I originated my parents mortgage and found Darcy great to work with on the business end of the mortgage. As he is a full-time experienced realtor, he was very quick to answer questions and helped make a smooth transition for my parents. If you're looking for someone who doesn't have a pushy "in your face" attitude and is easy to talk to, then please consider Darcy Joubert as your realtor.
