You don't have to pay to walk on the grounds. #freetrespassing

Yesterday my wife and I packed a picnic lunch for a little day-trip to Fort Saskatchewan, to see the museum. I had checked the website and noted that hours were 10-4 Monday thru Saturday. Upon our arrival at the warden's house we were informed that all of the other buildings, including the fort itself were locked and not available for viewing. WHAAAATTT??? This is ridiculous! If you can't view the entire area between 10 and 4, then the public needs to know this. If staffing is the problem, and I assume it is, then whoever is in charge of this facility should make certain that members of the general public are made fully aware of the restrictive viewing hours. Oh, well, our lunch was good though.
