  My clutch failed in some -40 weather so we took my car here after hearing about it from some friends. A plastic clip in the clutch assembly had broken (they showed it to me) and they had to replace the entire assembly. They did not over-charge for the work. Overall they were nice and upfront and I would recommend them to anyone.

  They were excellent to deal with, got us in as quick as possible and got our van done very quickly. They are polite and wonderful people to deal with. They explain all the problems and how to deal with it most effectively!

  I can say with complete certainty that I will never take my car to be serviced anywhere else in Alberta. Fort Saskatchewan truly has a gem here. I have never been to an automotive shop operated by such kind and honest mechanics/ owners. Operated with integrity, as a female who's been taken advantage of one too many times when it comes to my lack of automobile knowledge, I knew the moment I walked through Thistle's doors I was in great hands. :)

  They were very honest about my repairs as well as the price. My car was ready when they said. Great family owned business!! They drove me home when I dropped my car, and picked me up from work when it was ready!!

  Prompt, very friendly, honest, reasonably priced - I was very impressed and will return with any other auto repair issues I have. Thistle was recommended to me by co-workers and I can see why. Great personable service. I learned quite a bit about brakes talking to Richard when he drove me to work and the mechanics when I picked the car up. I very much appreciated the ride and the information and advice I was given.
